Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) the level of opinion about working motivation and self-development, 2) the working motivation affected on the self-development of Thai Traditional Medicine in Lopburi Province. The population of this research was 59 Thai traditional medicine staff in Ministry of Public Health in Lopburi Province. The tool used for collecting data was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentile, variance, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) the level of overalls opinions about work motivation was at a moderate level, the level of overalls the self- development was at a high level, and 2) the results of regression analysis found the work motivating factors, aspects: the success at work and opportunities for career growth affected on the self-development of Thai Traditional Medicine staff in Lopburi Province at statistical significance at 0.05.
