Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of opinions on work environment factors, work experience factors, and employees’ organizational commitment, 2) the relationship between work environment factors and employees’ organizational commitment, and 3) the relationship between work experience factors and employees’ organizational commitment. The samples of this study were 132 employees of Real Estate Management Companies in Bangkok. The questionnaire was constructed and used as a tool for data collection. Statistics applied for data analysis included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. This study results revealed as follows: 1) the level of employees’ opinions on work environment factors, work experience factors, and the employees’ organizational commitment were at a high level, 2) the relationship between work environment factors and employees' organizational commitment found that the relationship between workers and colleagues, the relationship between workers and supervisors, and the work atmosphere were correlated to the organizational commitment at a high level in the positive direction at the significant level of 0.05, and 3) the relationship between work experience factors and employees’ organizational commitment found that being important employees, organization reliability, the expectation to organization response, attitudes towards colleagues and organization were correlated to the organizational commitment at a high level in the positive direction at the significant level of 0.05.
