The sample comprised 33 small and medium-sized used car dealerships across the three provinces. Research tools included an automated office system performance assessment, a user satisfaction questionnaire, semi-structured interviews for focus group discussions, and expert seminars. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation as well as content analysis. The results indicated 1) the primary issue was customer trust 2) the automated office system enabled dealerships to conveniently and quickly update vehicle information for sales staff, who could then easily access and present this information to customers at any time, including adding customer data for follow-up purposes 3) the system demonstrated high effectiveness in meeting the basic needs of used car business operations, especially in data storage and sales tracking 4) users reported a high level of satisfaction, with an average satisfaction score of 4.47; and 5) development guidelines included building customer trust via vehicle history reports, warranties, and quality inspections, leveraging technology such as Airtable and online platforms to enhance operational efficiency, and adapting sales strategies with live sales and additional services to better meet the needs of modern consumers.
