Organizational Operation Factors Affecting Working Behavior of Employees in Automatic Pneumatic System Manufacturing Business: A Case Study of SMC (Thailand) Limited

This research aimed to study 1) the level of organizational operation factors as perceived by the employees 2) the working behavior of employees in automatic pneumatic system manufacturing business of SMC (Thailand) LTD. 3) the organizational operation factors affecting the working behavior of employees in automatic pneumatic system manufacturing business of SMC (Thailand) LTD. The respondents in this study were 167 employees working at SMC (Thailand) LTD. using convenience sampling method. The tool used in this study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by statistics of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression. The result showed that most of respondents were males, aged between 30–39 years old, education level was bachelor degree; and more than 10 years of work experience 2) the employees perceived the organizational operation factors at a high level. The first rank was the increasing of business turnover. The behavior in working of employees was at a high level. The first rank was the collaborative behavior; in working and 3) The organizational operation factors affecting the working behavior of employees were the increasing of business turnover, the production cost reduction, the enhancement of corporate image, and Job characteristics at the significant level of 0.05.
