The Relationship Between Organizational Factors Affecting Organizational Retention and Employee Behavior Energy Max International Company Limited

The study of the relationship between organizational factors affecting organizational retention and employee's working behavior aimed to study 1) the organizational factors affecting employee's organizational retention and the employee's working behavior, 2) the relationship between organizational factors affecting organizational retention and employees’ working behavior. Quantitative research was used. The population were employees of Energy Max International Co., Ltd. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One-way Analysis of Variance) and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. The results revealed that the overall opinion on the organizational factors affecting employee's organizational retention was at an average level, arranged as follows: friendship, career advancement, security and survival respectively. Employees with different genders, educational levels and compensation revealed no different opinions on organizational factors affecting organizational retention, except with different ages and working periods. Employees’ working behavior was at a high level, arranged as follows: compliance with organizational rules, consistency in working, commitment to work to achieve goals and helping the organization. Employees with different genders and educational levels revealed no difference in working behavior, except with different ages, working periods and compensation. The result revealed that the relationship between organizational factors affecting organizational retention and employees’ work behavior was related in the same direction at a significance level of 0.05.
