The Study of Happiness Factors at Work Affecting the Efficient Performance of Employees in Real Estate Business

The purposes of this research aimed to study: 1) the opinion level of happiness factors at work of employees, 2) the efficient performance level of employees, and 3) the happiness factors at work affecting the efficient performance of employees in real estate business, the case study of XYZ Company Limited. The population was overall full-time employees in the head office. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires. The statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the opinion level of happiness factors at work was at a high level (μ = 3.89), and the level of efficient performance of employees was at a high level (μ = 4.01). The result of multiple regression analysis revealed that the happiness at work in the aspect of the relationship in workplace affected the efficient performance of employees at a statistically significant level of 0.05.
