Studying the Foundational Skills to Success in Career Path of The Master of Business Administration Graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University

The purposes of this research were to: 1. study the dimension opinions of the foundational skills to success in career path of the Master of Business Administration graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University. 2. develop the model of The foundational skills to success in career path of the Master of Business Administration graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University. The Delphi Technique was used to analyze the data gathered by interviewing 19 experts. The Median was at a good level of higher than 3.50 with a Concomitant Interquartile Range of less than 1.50 The research results were found out as follows: 1. The studying was found that overall dimensions were the high level at the median of 4.11. Regarding the consideration of the dimensions, there were all the three at the high level: 1. Digital Skills Dimension at the median of 4.33; 2. Social-emotional Aptitude Dimension at the median of 4.15; and the 3. Literacy encompasses reading comprehension and applying acquired knowledge in practical situations Dimension at the median of 3.91. 2. The experts concluded to develop the model of the foundational skills to success in career path of the Master of Business Administration graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University that the successor should have developing digital skills involves having knowledge to organize and manage files systematically and securely. This includes being adept with software applications such as operating systems and management programs. Additionally, Social-emotional Aptitude was crucial for effective communication, such as active listening and speaking respectfully and courteously. These foundational skills were the basic skills to successful career path that to be practically successful. The three experts have reviewed the development of this model and found it to be consistent with the content and practically feasible for achieving successful outcomes.
