Abstract

Delphi technique is an important research method in finding answers to future changes. The changes have a profound much impact on the organization and can cause disruption. The changes force entrepreneurs in businesses and industries to urgently find ways to cope with them. An application of the Delphi technique, the mixed method of qualitative and quantitative approaches, or other research and development types will enable to help the organization to find the answer for adaptation to the changes in time and situations when the changes occur.
