About the Journal

Aims and Scope : The journal aims to provide a platform for researchers and academicians to share knowledge and ideas in the form of articles in the form of original research the main fields as Business and industry, Human resources, Management of organizations in the public and private sectors and Industrial relations.  

Peer Review Process : The articles submitted for publication are peer-reviewed by at least three reviewers who are knowledgeable in the field as well as approved by the editorial board. Throughout the peer review process, three reviewers and author identities are hidden from each other (double-blind review).

Types of articles : Research article, Academic article

Publication Frequency : 3 issues per year (January-April), (May-August), (September–December)
