Miss Graduates' Satisfaction to Receiving Services by the Graduation Ceremony St. Theresa International College, of Academic Year 2022 (After the COVID-19 Virus Outbreak Situation)

Abstract

Purpose: Graduation ceremony needs to be mirrored to achieve a database. A set of knowledge in developing the organization of such ceremonies to keep up with the social context. Graduates' satisfaction with services received at the graduation ceremony St. Theresa International College, Academic Year 2022

Methodology: This is quantitative research. Data was collected using closed-ended and open-ended  questionnaire tools from a target group of 100 people using random sampling. Analyze percentages, averages, and standard deviations using ready-made programs. And present research results in the form of statistical descriptions.

Findings: Before the graduation ceremony, graduates were highly satisfied with the academic gown service during the ceremony. Graduates were satisfied with the photography services while receiving their diplomas at a high level, and they also had a high level of satisfaction with the first aid services for the period after attending the ceremony. Overall, the graduates were satisfied with the services in the ceremony at a high level regarding the appropriateness of the ceremony Graduates were satisfied with the suitability of the venue at a high level . They were also satisfied with the college's services until the ceremony was successful at a high level.

Applications of this study: 1) The college can use it as a knowledge set to evaluate the success of organizing ceremonies. And use it as a base for developing the process for organizing the ceremony next time, and 2) there should be a study in terms of dissatisfaction in receiving services at
the ceremony in order to be consistent with the new criteria for organizing education.
