Training for Village Health Volunteers

Abstract

Training for village health volunteers (VHVs) began when the Ministry of Public Health introduced the principles of primary health care as a strategy for improving public health. The National Primary Health Commission was established to coordinate primary health care. and Thailand has signed and accepted the Charter for Health Development. The World Health Organization aims to determine good health for everyone by the year 2000, Office of the Primary Health Commission There has been a drive for primary public health work. In the form of volunteers, with training of public health reporters and development to select village public health volunteers. Later, the level of public health information was raised to become village health volunteers. Therefore, in this academic article, the issue of the meaning of training will be presented. Different types of training techniques, digital technology training, and training courses for village health volunteers for students Departmental executives of the Ministry of Public Health or those interested in realizing the benefits of training that can be applied to village health volunteers, and workers in various contexts, as well as being able to apply training concepts as part of the human resource development process within the organization Strengthen knowledge competency operational skills Create a good attitude so that work can be accomplished efficiently.
