Effective team management to participatory management of administrators and personnel in educational institutions under the Office of the Phitsanulok Educational Service Area 2

The goals of this research were 1. to look at how different factors affect the way school leaders and staff work together, 2. to check how much participatory management is happening, 3. to explore how these factors relate to participatory management, and 4. to create a formula to predict participatory management for school leaders and staff in the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 339 administrators and teachers in the academic year 2024. The research instruments included questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that 1. the overall level of effective team management affecting participatory management of school administrators was high and the level of effective teamwork in schools was also high. 2. There was a high positive correlation between teamwork management and participatory administration, which was statistically significant at the 0.01 level, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0.665 to 0.810. 3. The analysis of factors influencing participatory administration by school administrators and effective teamwork identified four key factors: shared goals, two-way communication, participation, and mutual trust. These factors significantly affected participatory administration and effective teamwork in schools, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.493 and a predictive of 24.3%.
