Strategic management for enhancing 21st century education

The research is strategic management for enhancing 21st century education aims to examine the current situation of school management and propose strategies for improving education in the 21st century. The study steps are: studying concepts and related theories, then synthesizing data and concluding as the results of the strategic management study to develop education management in the 21st century. The findings show that: 1. The current situation of school management reveals that digital technology plays a significant role in transforming learning processes and education management. Economic and social changes, as well as the evolving demands of the labor market, pose challenges for schools to adapt to the needs of the modern world. 2. The strategic approach for managing education in the 21st century suggests that schools should focus on integrating digital technology into learning processes while developing essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Another crucial aspect is the need to train teachers to effectively utilize technology and teach in a digital environment.
