This article aimed to study the market competition environment of Taizhou Sanxin Company. 2: Formulate the sustainable competitive advantage strategy of Taizhou Sanxin Company to attract more investors and expand the scale of production and operation. 3: Through the sustainable competition strategy, the state grid power project bidding project wins and obtains profit. Quantitative methods were used in this study.
