Abstract

Development of a student care and support system for teachers practicing professional experience According to the concept of ET-PACK Model, to develop a student care and support system of student teachers, the objectives were to 1) study the basic information in developing a student care and support system for teachers practicing professional experience, 2) to design and develop a model of student care and support system of students. 3) to evaluate the results of the development of a student care and support system of students practicing teacher professional experience according to the ET-PACK Model concept. More teaching practices based on the concept of ET-PACK Model. The results of the development resulted in students being able to operate a quality student care and support system before training for professional experience as a teacher and helping students in educational institutions with quality.
