The sample comprised 276 administrators and government teachers from various schools, selected through stratified random sampling based on the study area. The research employed a five-level rating scale questionnaire, which demonstrated content validity ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.98. For data analysis, statistics such as percentages, means, standard deviations, and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient were utilized, with a significance level set at 0.05.</p> <p>The findings revealed the following: 1) Personnel administration in schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was rated overall at a high level. The various aspects ranked in order of mean from high to low were: promotion of discipline, morality, and ethics for government teachers and education personnel; operation of discipline and punishment; performance evaluation; development of government teachers and education personnel; promotion of professional standards and ethics; and recruitment and appointment. 2) Overall, teachers' performance in these schools was similarly rated at the highest level. The sample, classified by work experience, consisted of 110 school administrators and teachers from the Naval Education Department, selected using a stratified random sampling method based on study areas. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a content validity of 1.00 and a reliability of 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis included percentages, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, and paired difference test by Scheffé’s method. The statistical significance level was set at 0.05.</p> <p>The findings were as follows: 1) overall, the good governance administration of school administrators under the Naval Education Department was at a high level. When considering each aspect, the implementation was at the highest level, sorted in the following order: effectiveness, responsiveness, equity, and morality/ethics. The sample consisted of 274 government teachers under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, selected using stratified random sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with a content validity index of 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.97. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Scheffé’s post hoc test, with a significance level set at 0.05.</p> <p>The research findings revealed that: (1) overall work motivation of government teachers under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at a high level. When considering individual aspects, the highest level of motivation was found in interpersonal relationships with colleagues. Other aspects ranked at a high level, respectively, were achievement, work environment, responsibility, career advancement opportunities, policy and administration, nature of the work, recognition, job promotion, and relationship with subordinates. (2) When comparing work motivation classified by gender, there was no significant difference overall. However, in terms of policy and administration, a statistically significant difference was found, with female teachers having higher motivation than male teachers. In terms of work experience, significant differences were found overall and in all aspects. Teachers with more than 10 years of experience reported higher motivation than those with 5–10 years and less than 5 years of experience in areas such as recognition, relationship with subordinates, and work environment.
