This research aimed to 1) study and 2) compare work motivation of teachers in schools under the education fund project of Kanchanaburi Province classified by educational school size. The samples consisted of 269 teachers in schools under the education fund project of Kanchanaburi Province obtained by stratified random sampling according educational school size. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity equal 1.00 and a reliability of 0.92. The statistics used in to the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and test the pairwise mean difference by Scheffe's method with a statistical significance level at 0.05.
The findings were as follows: 1) The work motivation of teachers in schools under the education fund project of Kanchanaburi Province, was overall and in each individual aspect were a high level, ranking in the order of mean from high to low as aspects of success in work, policy and administration, responsibility in the work, nature of work, relationship with co-works, recognition, salary and progress in work. 2) The compare work motivation of teachers in schools under the education fund project of Kanchanaburi Province classified by educational school size, was overall and every aspect, there was statistically significant difference level by Teachers in small educational institutions have more opinions than teachers in medium-sized educational institutions. large educational institutions and large educational institutions.
