Creative Leadership of School Administrators Under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

This research article aims to 1) study creative leadership and 2) compare the creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 4, categorized by work experience and school size. The research sample consisted of 264 teachers from schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, selected using stratified sampling based on school size. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with content validity ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient 0.98. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA analysis of variance, and pairwise mean comparison using Scheffé's method, with a significance level set at 0.05.
The research findings revealed that: 1) The creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at a high level in all aspects, both overall and individually. Ranked by average scores from highest to lowest, the aspects were teamwork, creativity, flexibility and adaptability, consideration of individual differences, and vision. 2) There were no significant differences in the creative leadership of school administrators under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 when categorized by work experience or school size, both overall and in individual aspects.
