The Relationship Between Academic Leadership of School Administrators and Teachers’ Learning Management Skills in The 21st Century Under Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The research aimed: 1) to examine academic leadership of school administrators; 2) to study learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century; and 3) to examine the relationship between academic leadership of the school administrators and learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by educational management area.
The sample consisted of 311 school administrators and teachers in Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, obtained by stratified random sampling according to educational management area. The research instrument was a five-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity between 0.67-1.00 and reliability of 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient at statistical significance of 0.05.
The findings were as follows:
- The academic leadership of school administrators under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and in each individual aspect, was at the highest level, ranking in descending order as management, supervision, ability, promoting academic climate, and planning.
- The learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, overall and in each individual aspect, were at the highest level, ranking in descending order as student learning skills, professional learning skills, basic skills, didactic skills and online resources, and digital citizenship skills.
3. The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. As the overall results, was yielded the positive and moderate.
