Abstract

     The purpose of this research was to 1)study and 2)compare the operational effectiveness of the 15-year free education project of small-size schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified by educational management area and classified according to the opinions of administrators and teachers from the schools.

          The sample consisted of 225 school administrators and teachers in small-size schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, selected by stratified random sampling according to the study area. A constructed 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity of 0.97 and a reliability of 0.81. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, t-test analysis, and pairwise mean difference test by Scheffe's method, the level of statistical significance was set at 0.05.

The research findings were as follows: 1) The effectiveness of implementing the 15-year free education project of small schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, overall and in each aspect, was at a high level. Sorted in descending order of Student uniforms, learning textbooks, Activities to develop the quality of students, teaching management, and school supplies respectively. 2) The comparison of the Operational Effectiveness of the 15-Year Free Education Project of small-size schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified according to the opinions of administrators and teachers, overall, and each aspect was not significantly different at the 0.05 level. 3) The comparison of the Operational effectiveness of the 15-Year Free Education Project of small-size schools under the Office of Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified by educational management area. Overall, there was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level, That is, educational institutions in Si Sawat District were more effective in implementing the 15-year free education project of small educational institutions than in Dan Makham Tia District.
