Guidelines for Restoring the Learning Loss of Learners in Schools under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

This research aims to 1) study rehabilitating students' learning loss and 2) develop guidelines for rehabilitating students' learning loss in educational institutions. The research sample comprised 285 school administrators and teachers, selected through stratified sampling by school size. The key informants for the focus group were eight experts selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with content validity ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and reliability of 0.97. Data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, and content analysis.
The research showed that: 1. The operation to restore the students' learning loss in educational institutions in the overall picture and in every aspect, has been implemented at the highest level, ranked by average as follows: Empowering teachers and school administrators; Providing welfare, safety, and building morale and encouragement; Raising the level of learning management using technology systematically and efficiently; Developing a digital media library for open learning and linking educational information; Creating a positive attitude towards learning and good health of students, both physical and mental health; Designing a new learning management process that responds to the context of change and the needs of students; and Creating effective participation in learning management among educational institutions, teachers, parents, communities, and all relevant sectors, respectively. 2. Guidelines for the rehabilitation of students' learning loss in educational institutions are as follows: 1) In terms of designing a new learning management process that responds to the changing context and needs of students, the educational institution conducts an assessment of the learning regression of students. 2) In terms of empowering teachers and school administrators, the guidelines are to support the development of teachers, promote training to develop their own learning management, and develop teachers' potential, skills, and knowledge. 3) In terms of creating effective participation in learning management among educational institutions, teachers, parents, communities, and all relevant sectors, the guidelines are to create communication and mutual understanding to discuss, exchange information, opinions, and guidelines for rehabilitation. 4) In terms of developing a digital media repository for open learning and linking educational information, the guidelines are to develop a digital media repository that is of quality, consistent, comprehensive, and accurate. 5) In terms of creating a positive attitude towards learning and good health of students, both physical and mental health, the guidelines are to promote meaningful learning for students. 6) In terms of improving learning management by using technology systematically and effectively, there are guidelines for integrating technology into learning management, using a variety of digital media, using online platforms, and using digital tools that attract learners' attention. Moreover, 7) In terms of organizing welfare, safety, and building morale and encouragement, there are guidelines for creating a safe environment, preventing accidents both inside and outside the educational institution.
