การจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อผู้สูงอายุ
บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์กระบวนการจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ โดยมุ่งเน้นถึงบทบาทของผู้สูงอายุในการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารจัดการกองทุนและการให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง การศึกษานี้แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วนหลัก ได้แก่ การศึกษากระบวนการจัดการกองทุน การสำรวจบทบาทของผู้สูงอายุในการมีส่วนร่วม และการประเมินประสิทธิผลของการจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนที่มีส่วนร่วม พบว่า การจัดการกองทุนแบบมีส่วนร่วมสามารถเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งและความยั่งยืนของกองทุน โดยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้สูงอายุในการตัดสินใจและการติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน การมีบทบาทของผู้สูงอายุในการกำหนดนโยบายและการใช้จ่ายกองทุนช่วยเพิ่มความโปร่งใสและความรับผิดชอบร่วมกันในชุมชน การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานพบว่า กองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนมีประสิทธิผลในการช่วยเหลือผู้สูงอายุทั้งในด้านการดูแลสุขภาพและการสนับสนุนทางการเงิน และยังสามารถสร้างความรู้สึกของความเป็นเจ้าของและความมั่นคงในระดับชุมชน การศึกษาครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การจัดการกองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วมเป็นกลไกที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุและสามารถขยายผลการพัฒนาไปสู่ชุมชนอื่น ๆ ได้อย่างยั่งยืน
