บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์และ 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 จำแนกตาม ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรีเขต 4 จำนวน 264 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิตามขนาดสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบ มาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีภาวะผู้นำอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 4 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
