แนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3
บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนและ 2) แนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จำนวน 249 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ ตามพื้นที่จัดการศึกษา และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่ใช้ในการสนทนากลุ่ม คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 8 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วน 5 ระดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตยในโรงเรียน ด้านการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้นักเรียนมีวินัย คุณธรรมจริยธรรม ด้านการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียน ด้านการประเมินผลการดำเนินงานกิจการนักเรียน ด้านการวางแผนกิจการนักเรียน 2) แนวทางการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 มีดังนี้ โรงเรียนควรส่งเสริมให้มีการจัดทำคู่มืองานกิจการนักเรียน สำรวจความต้องการของผู้เรียนต่อการจัดกิจกรรมในแต่ละภาคเรียน เพื่อให้นักเรียนได้เรียนรู้ตามความความถนัดและความสนใจ มีการจัดทำแบบฟอร์มการบันทึกข้อมูลสถิติการทำความดีและการกระทำผิดวินัยของนักเรียนให้เป็นข้อมูลสารสนเทศ เสนอข้อมูลความรู้เทคนิควิธีที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ควรส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย ทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียน ควรมีการประเมินผลการดำเนินกิจกรรมทุก ๆ กิจกรรม เพื่อนำผลมาปรับปรุงและพัฒนาการดำเนินกิจกรรมในครั้งต่อไป มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ปกครอง ชุมชนและหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ทราบ ถึงผลการดำเนินงานในกิจกรรมของแต่ละปี
