บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน
และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากาญจนบุรี เขต 3 จําแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์การทำงาน ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 238 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิตามพื้นนที่จัดการศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ
มีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 และมีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบแบบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
และทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ในภาพรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านนักเรียน และด้านปัจจัย และ 2) การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส จำแนกตามเพศ ในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน สำหรับการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานตามมาตรฐานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่จำแนกประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ในภาพรวม
และรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
