Development of an Information System for Online Document Approval at Hatyai University

This research aims 1) to develop an information system for online document approval at Hatyai University 2) To evaluate the efficiency and user satisfaction of the online document approval information system of Hatyai University. The study was conducted following the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, resulting in the information system, which facilitates document storage and approval through an electronic platform.
The research findings indicate that personnel can use the information system for document storage and approval anytime and anywhere through the electronic platform. The system's performance was evaluated at a very good level (M = 4.62, S.D = 0.50), while user satisfaction was rated at a very good level (M = 4.52, S.D = 0.57)
