PEOPLE’S PARTICIPATION IN MAKING OF THREE-YEAR DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF KOO SLOT SUB DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION LARD BUALUANG DISTRICT AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study and compare people’s participation in making of three-year development plan of Koo Slot Sub district administration organization Lard Bualuang district Ayutthaya province. Classified by personal attributes. The study population consisted of people living in Koo Slot Subdistrict administration organization Lard Bualuang district Ayutthaya province of 370 students used the questionnaire as a tool. Statistics used in the analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and F-test.
The results showed that 1) people’s participation in making of three-year development plan of Koo Slot Sub district administration organization Lard Bualuang district Ayutthaya province. The overall level is very high. When considering each side, it was found that. Benefit sharing was the highest average, followed by evaluation. Implementation And the thinking and decision side has the lowest mean. 2) People with different sexes in the three-year development plan of Kho Khot Subdistrict Administrative Organization Lard Bua Luang District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province as a whole was not different. 3) People of different ages participate in the three-year development plan of Kho Khot Subdistrict Administrative Organization Lard Bua Luang District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province overall is different. When considering each aspect, it was found that the benefit sharing was statistically significantly different at the .05 level. 4) People with different levels of education were involved in the three-year development plan of Kho Khot Subdistrict

Regarding the individual aspect, it was found that the evaluation was statistically significantly different at the .05 level. The other aspects were not significantly different. 5) People with different occupations participate in the three-year development plan of Kho Khot Subdistrict Administrative Organization Lard Bua Luang District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province as a whole was significantly different at .05 level. It is statistically significant at 0.05, while the other side was not significantly different. 6) People with different monthly incomes participated in the three-year development plan of Kho Khot Subdistrict Administrative Organization Lard Bua Luang District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province overall is different. When considering each aspect, it was found that people with different monthly income were involved in the preparation of the three-year development plan of the Kho Khot Subdistrict Administrative Organization Lard Bua Luang District Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province for mutual benefit. And the evaluation aspect wasdifferent. Statistically significant at 0.05.
