FACTORS WITH RELATIONSHIP TOWARDS PERFORMANCE OF PUBLIC HEALTH VOLUNTEERS, TAKIEN SUB DISTRICT, DANKHUNTHOD DISTRICT, NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

The study of Factors related to work performance of public health volunteers, Takian Subdistrict, Dan Khun Thot District Nakhon Ratchasima Province The objectives of the study are as follows: 1) to study at the ethical values, incentives social support and operation of public health volunteers, Takian Subdistrict, Dan Khun Thot District Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Nakhon Ratchasima Province The researcher conducted a study and collected data from public health volunteer in Tambon Takhian Dan Khun Thot District Nakhon Ratchasima Province, a total of 108 people were the population in this study. The questionnaire was used with a confidence level of .897 and analyzed the statistics with a computer program. To analyze the descriptive statistics, including percentage (Percentage), mean (Mean: ) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation:
S.D.) and then analyze factors that are related to the performance of health volunteers. by using statistics to find the correlation coefficient (Correlation) of Pearson's Correlation can be summarized as follows.

1. The results of general data analysis of the respondents found that most of the health volunteers were female. who are aged 51 years and over, have education in Mattayom 1 - Mathayom 6 and are married Most of them are engaged in agriculture
and have a period of 4 - 6 years as a village health volunteer. 2. The results of the level analysis of factors affecting the performance of public health volunteers in Ta Khian Subdistrict, Dan Khun Thot District. Nakhon Ratchasima Province found that overall in all aspects high level by ethical values It is the side with the highest average followed by social support and incentives for performance were the lowest averages. 3. Level analysis to study the performance level of public health volunteers in Takian Subdistrict, Dan Khun Thot District. Nakhon Ratchasima Province found that the overall picture was high. by disease control and prevention work It was yesterday with the highest average. followed by Consumer Protection Maternal and child health, health education, had the same average values, and nutrition, respectively. Immunization was
the lowest average. 4. An analysis of factors related to the performance of public health volunteers in Ta Khian Subdistrict, Dan Khun Thot District. Nakhon Ratchasima Province found that the ethical values Incentives social support There was a positive
relationship with performance. with statistical significance at the .01 level, with social support having the highest relationship with performance And the results of the intravariable analysis of operational factors revealed that the ethical values had the most positive correlation with social support. with statistical significance at the 0.1 level.
