In educational institutions of the BANI World era characterized by Brittle, Anxious, Nonlinear, and Incomprehensible aspects effective management requires the ability to handle situations with Capacity and Resilience enabling organizations or situations to recover from vulnerability. Empathy and Mindfulness serve as tools for managing. complexity and uncertainty effectively while. Context and Adaptability allow for better anticipation by understanding the context of situations and adapting accordingly. Transparency and Intuition in management ensure clear communication and stable decision-making. All of these aspects must be implemented promptly.

Based on the study results regarding budget management in education aligned with coping with the BANI World era, the following five guidelines for budget management in the BANI WORLD era can be summarized 1) Flexible planning  2) Investment in technology 3) Goal-oriented management 4) Continuous support for professional development 5) Collaboration for the benefit of budget management planners in education management. It is crucial to manage budgets in educational institutions effectively because allocating budgets appropriately and systematically impacts the continuous and efficient development of the educational quality for students  administrators teachers and educational personnel.
