As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration unless it has been significantly revised or re-edited. In the case that the submitted article is part of a research project or has received funding support from any organization, a footnote must be provided at the bottom of the first page.
The submission file is in Microsoft Word and PDF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
Article Components The components of the article must include:
1. Title: Must be provided in Thai and English.
2. Author's Name and Affiliation: Must be provided in Thai and English.
3. Abstract: Must be provided in Thai and English. The length must not exceed one page or 300 words. The content should reflect the objectives, research methodology, research findings, suggestions, and keywords.
4. Article Content: Consists of the following:
4.1 Introduction: Explain the significance of the problem, objectives, research methodology, scope of the research, and hypothesis (if any).
4.2 Research Findings: Present the results of the research and the data obtained from the study. Tables or illustrations should be included as necessary and appropriate.
4.3 Conclusion: Summary of the research findings and suggestions.
4.4 References/Bibliography: Must be consistent with the citations in the content and adhere to the specified guidelines for citation.
For articles originally written in English, the Title, Author's Name and Affiliation (Author), Abstract, and Keywords must be provided in English only. The article content must have the same components as an article originally in Thai, which include: Introduction, Research Findings, Conclusion, and References/Bibliography.
Publication Format
1. Original Content (Thai or English): Maximum length of 20 pages (A4 size) and set the page margins as follows:
- Top and Bottom Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
- Left Margin: 1.1 inches (2.8 cm)
- Right Margin: 1 inch (2.54 cm)
2. Font and Size: Use the TH SarabunPSK font for both Thai and English text. Font sizes are specified as follows:
Authors must identify their sources by using footnotes for in-text citations and compile a complete bibliography at the end of the article, strictly adhering to the Constitutional Court Journal's citation style.
Article Submission and Review Process
1. The Editorial Board conducts an initial review regarding the scope and suitability of the content in line with the journal's objectives, as well as the adherence to the required publication format. If the Editorial Board deems the manuscript suitable for consideration, it will proceed to the next stage of review. If the Editorial Board decides not to consider the manuscript, the work will not be selected for publication. The Editorial Board will promptly inform the author of the result of this initial consideration.
2. The content of the article will be assessed by a minimum of three external experts (peer review) to ensure academic quality control, utilizing the Double-blinded peer review method.
3. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject articles for which the author has failed to revise and improve the quality according to the recommendations of the experts and the Editorial Board. The decision of the Editorial Board shall be final.
4. Authors of academic articles will receive compensation for their articles once the work has been published in the Constitutional Court Journal, according to the prescribed rate.
Copyright Notice
Authors publishing with the journal must agree to the following conditions: 1. Upon submission, authors agree to relinquish certain rights to control the dissemination of their work in accordance with the journal’s policies. 2. Once the article is accepted for publication, authors agree to transfer the copyright of the article to the journal, including the rights to reproduce, distribute, and publish the article through all channels, such as books, journals, websites, or other online platforms. 3. Authors retain the right to use their work for academic purposes, such as teaching, including in theses or sharing on non-commercial platforms. 4. The journal publishes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows others to share the article on websites or other media, provided proper credit is given to the original authors, but does not permit adaptation or commercial use. 5. Authors confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions to use third-party materials, such as images or graphics, and have provided appropriate credit.
