DEVELOPMENT OF NUMBERS INTEGRATED LEARNING ACTIVITY PACKAGES FOR KINDERGARTEN 2 STUDENTS IN BANKOKSA-ARD SRIBURAPA SCHOOL UDONTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

     The objectives of this research were to: 1) To determine efficiency the efficiency of number and digit learning activity packages for Kindergarten 2 children based on the 80/80 efficiency criterion, and 2) compare the post-learning ability of Kindergarten 2 children in numbers and digits against the established 80% criterion. The target Audience consisted of 6 Kindergarten 2 children enrolled in the first semester of the 2023 academic year at Ban Khok Sa-at Sri Burapha School by purposive sampling. This study employed an experimental research design. The research instruments utilized for data collection included 4 sets of number and digit learning activity packages, comprising a total of 16 activities; 4 sets of post-activity sub-tests; and a 10-item post-learning performance test on numbers and digits. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and a One-Sample T-Test.
      The findings revealed that: 1) The development of the number and digit learning activity packages for Kindergarten 2 children resulted in 4 packages: Package 1: Number Writing and Counting; Package 2: Geometry; Package 3: Size Comparison; and Package 4: Quantity Comparison. These activity packages achieved an efficiency of 90.21/88.33, which was higher than the specified 80/80 criterion. And 2) The results of the comparison of number and numeral learning ability among Kindergarten 2 children revealed that, after the intervention, the children achieved a score of 88.33%, which exceeded the predetermined criterion of 80% and was statistically significantly higher than the criterion at the .05 level.
