The relationship between emotional intelligence of school administrator and satisfaction on the work of teachers under the nongbua lamphu primary educational service area office 1

Abstract

           The objectives of this research were 1) to study the schools emotional intelligence of School Administrator, 2) to study satisfaction on the work of and 3) to study relationship between emotional intelligence of administration and the satisfaction on the work of teachers under The Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples were 278 persons from the administration and teachers in the schools The Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 of the academic year 2020 by the limit samples by using the tables of Krejcie & Morgan and stratified sampling. The instruments using for this research were 5 rating scales questionnaires on the emotional intelligence of School Administrator and the satisfaction on the work of teachers with the reliability of 0.84. The statistics using for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient.

          The results of the study were as follows:

          1. The emotional intelligence of schools administrators under The Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was in high level for overall. Considering on each aspect, there founded that the aspect on self awareness was in the highest level and the aspect on self emotional control was for in the lowest level.

           2. For overall of the concept on operational satisfaction of the teachers in the schools under The Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was in high level. Considering on each aspect, there were founded that the achievement on work was in the highest level and the aspect on control was in the lowest level.

            3. The relationship between emotional intelligence of administration and the satisfaction on the work of teachers under The Nongbua Lampau Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was founded that the positive relationship was in high level and was on statistical significance at .01 (r=.840)
