AI赋能民办高校金融学科建设:感知价值、组织信任与采纳意愿的实证研究

摘要

在高等教育数字化转型加速推进的背景下,人工智能技术对民办高校金融学科建设的赋能路径及其采纳机制亟待深入探讨。本研究以价值采纳模型(VAM)与组织信任理论为基础,构建"感知价值—组织信任—采纳意愿"三元分析框架,基于对全国17所民办高校金融学科教师、管理人员及学生的387份有效问卷数据,采用多元线性回归分析方法,系统检验各核心变量对AI工具采纳意愿的影响机制。研究结果表明:感知价值(β=0.412,p<0.01)是预测AI采纳意愿的最强因子,组织信任(β=0.287,p<0.01)同样具有显著正向影响,两者共同解释采纳意愿方差的63.4%(调整后R²=0.634)。进一步分析显示,组织信任在感知价值与采纳意愿之间发挥部分中介作用。研究揭示了民办高校情境下AI采纳的内在机制:在制度保障相对有限的组织环境中,组织信任是影响采纳决策的重要边界条件。上述结论的跨校型推广效力,有待后续纳入公办高校对照样本加以验证。本研究为民办高校推进金融学科AI化建设提供了理论依据与实践指导。
