บทคัดย่อ

วิกฤตสภาพอากาศสุดขั้วที่ทวีความรุนแรงส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อทรัพยากรท่องเที่ยวและวิถีชีวิตชุมชน บทความวิชาการนี้นำเสนอการบูรณาการแนวคิดมาตรฐานการจัดกลุ่มกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจหรือ taxonomy ร่วมกับกรอบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืน โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวทางการท่องเที่ยวอัจฉริยะอิงสภาพภูมิอากาศเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียด้านการท่องเที่ยวในการปรับตัวและการลดความเสี่ยงที่เกิดจากภัยพิบัติอย่างเป็นระบบ วิเคราะห์เอกสารที่เผยแพร่โดยหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยว องค์การแห่งสหประชาชาติ องค์การท่องเที่ยวโลกและงานวิจัยระดับชาติและนานาชาติ ในช่วงปี 2021-2026 ใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์เชิงประเด็น สรุปผลการวิเคราะห์และข้อเสนอแนะการออกแบบจุดหมายปลายทางที่สอดคล้องกับวิกฤติสภาพภูมิอากาศตามฤดูกาลและขีดความสามารถในการรองรับของระบบนิเวศเป็น 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) การใช้มาตรฐานจัดกลุ่มกิจกรรมเศรษฐกิจเพื่อวางรากฐานการพัฒนาท่องเที่ยว 2) การประยุกต์นวัตกรรมการจัดการที่มุ่งเน้นความยั่งยืน และ 3) การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศและวัฒนธรรมตามฤดูกาลที่เหมาะสมกับบริบทของประเทศไทย โดยแนวทางดังกล่าวจัดเป็นกลยุทธ์เพื่อใช้ในการเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือความไม่แน่นอนของภูมิอากาศในทุกฤดูกาล โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างความยืดหยุ่นเชิงสังคม-นิเวศให้แก่ชุมชนเจ้าของพื้นที่ ลดความสูญเสียจากภัยธรรมชาติ และยกระดับประเทศไทยสู่การเป็นจุดหมายปลายทางที่ปลอดภัยและยั่งยืน พร้อมรับมือความผันผวนของภูมิอากาศโลกในอนาคตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและชาญฉลาด
