Abstract
This independent study aimed to: (1) examine teamwork that affects job performance of employees at the Government Housing Bank Head Office, (2) examine emotional intelligence that affects job performance of employees at the Government Housing Bank Head Office, and (3) examine the work environment that affects job performance of employees at the Government Housing Bank Head Office. The sample group consisted of 335 employees at the Government Housing Bank Head Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis.
The results revealed that: (1) the teamwork factor had a statistically significant effect on job performance of employees at the Government Housing Bank Head Office at the 0.05 level; (2) the emotional intelligence factor had a statistically significant effect on job performance of employees at the Government Housing Bank Head Office at the 0.05 level; and (3) the work environment factor had a statistically significant effect on job performance of employees at the Government Housing Bank Head Office at the 0.05 level.
