The Development of Moral School Project Management of Ban Nong Nguak School Pasang District Lamphun Province

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study condition problems of Moral School Project Management of Ban Nong Ngueak school,Pasang District,Lamphun Province, 2) to develop Moral School Project Management of Ban Nong Ngueak School,Pasang District, Lamphun Province, and 3) to study results of Moral School Project Management of Ban Nong Ngueak School, Pasang District, Lamphun Province. There were 9 informants and 37 subjects of study. The subjects were administrators, moral teaching monks, teachers and educators, student leader and samples from a population of 185 students representing 60 students. The tools used were 1) open-ended interview forms, 2) interview forms, and structured in-depth interviews, 3) workshop record form, 4) the activity quality assessment form and 5) the Moral School Project Management assessment form of Ban Nong Ngueak School. To analysis quantitative data, the researcher employed arithmetic mean and standard deviation. In term of qualitative data, the researcher employed content analysis to categorize the proposals into essays. The findings were as follows: 1) there were 4 conditionsof problems of Moral School Project Management of Ban Nong Ngueak School, Pasang District, Lamphun Province. They were 1) planning aspect; planning educational institution do not implement its working procedures, policies were redundant, 2) organizing aspect; some appointments of operating committees did not cover project activities, 3) leadership aspect; the direction of operation was not obvious, and 4) controlling supervision and monitoring aspect; lack of systematic operation. 2) The develop of the school employed the POLC management guidelines, 3) the overall quality of activities according to the moral school project was at the highest level and there was a management of the moral school project according to the overall POLC administration process at a high level. Planning aspect was of the highest level of project management, followed by leading, organizing and controlling respectively.
