The Analysis of the Value of the Vajiravudh Way that Enhances Complete Humanity according to the Dynamic of Educational Management

Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the value of the Vajiravudh way that enhances complete humanity according to the educational management dynamics in the Thai context. After studying documents, in-depth interviews were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 consists of administrators, teachers, and faculty directors, Group 2 consists of former students and parents, and Group 3 consists of current students. In addition, Vajiravudh College field research uses qualitative data analysis.

            The research finds out that 1) for historical value, Vajiravudh College provides education according to the royal advice of His Majesty King Rama VI and operates according to the royal initiative of the commander. Students are molded according to the wishes of His Majesty King Rama VI in order to enhance complete humanity, which includes being a religious person, and a good person, and possessing knowledge. 2) For ethical values, students practice ethics, cultivating morality, ethics, honesty, and good character, including ethics from daily routines, courses, activities, clubs, and associations. 3) For aesthetic values, students obtain aesthetics from the study of art, music, sports, traditions, culture and beauty of architecture within Vajiravudh College, including aesthetics from, the curriculum, activities, clubs and associations, and aesthetics from tradition, the Culture of Vajiravudh College reflects the essence of the values of the Vajiravudh Way that shapes Thainess and internationalism by organizing education according to the educational management dynamics in the Thai context from the past to the present.
