Abstract

The purposes of this article are 1. To study the general conditions of the administration of the promotion of morality, ethics, and transparency in the management of Rajabhat University administrators in the Bangkok area. 2. To study and compare the administration of the project to promote morality, ethics, and transparency. In the management of Rajabhat University administrators in the Bangkok area, they were classified by age and work experience. 3. To study the management of the project to promote morality, ethics, and transparency. in the management of Rajabhat University administrators in the Bangkok area This research is mixed. The research population includes 153 lecturers at Rajabhat University in the Bangkok area, the academic year 2023, setting the sample group for the research, by opening the Krejcie and Morgan tables. By a simple random sampling method, there were 113 teachers at Rajabhat University in the Bangkok area. The instrument used to collect data was a 5-level estimation questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

            The results of the research found that (1) administration promotes morality, ethics, and transparency. The management of Rajabhat University administrators in the Bangkok area overall is at the highest level, and (2) the results of comparing the management of the project to promote morality, ethics, and transparency in the management of Rajabhat University administrators in the area. Bangkok is classified according to age and work experience. Overall, there are no differences. All sectors should simultaneously promote the development of learning, skills, morality, and ethics for students. Teachers and educational personnel should be good examples in both administration and management. as well as the exemplary practices of religious institutions are to spread instruction and an important part in building a network of moral society Makes students able to apply it in their lives as a good foundation for good people in the nation.
