Guidelines for developing the court of justice into an intelligent organization

Abstract

      Intelligent organization is the concept of transforming an organization by using limited resources efficiently. Using new knowledge management methods together with the development of personnel, processes, knowledge content, and technology to add value to the organization The Court of Justice is a government organization that aims to provide justice to the people equally and fairly. The organization should be transformed into an intelligent organization according to five guidelines: (1) transforming the organization into a learning organization; (2) developing the capabilities of personnel at all levels to have knowledge and skills related to technology; (3) adjusting work formats and processes to a fully electronic system; (4) developing programs, applications, innovations, and artificial intelligence technologies for use in work; and (5) improving laws and regulations that may impede practice work.
