The objective of this research was to study the level and development guidelines of the student affairs management of the school in PhraPhutthabat Bua Bok Consortium, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office UdonThani. The sample of this study is the population, which were the school directors and the teacher advisers of 7 schools in PhraPhutthabat Bua Bok Consortium, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Udonthani. The total number of people in the sample was 339, which was set from the population by using the Krejcie & Morgan table and simple random sampling to get 175 people. The research instrument was the rating scale questionnaire with 5-level rating scales. The validity of this research was between 0.67 and 1.00, and the reliability was 0.91. The data analysis was conducted using frequency, percentage, mean (X), and standard deviation (S.D.). The research findings show that the Student Affairs Management of the School in PhraPhutthabat Bua Bok Consortium, The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Udonthani, was ranked at the high level. The section that got the highest mean score was the student affaris section, followed by the promoting morality and ethics section, the students care and help section, and the discipline and behavior of the students' section. The "Promoting Democracy" section received the lowest score. Guidelines for developing democracy promotion work include democracy promotion training. Train students to express themselves on a democratic platform.
