The Sustainable Community Project to solve the drug problem in a comprehensive manner according to the national strategy is a project at the Royal Thai Police. There is a policy for all police stations to operate. By using the community-based drug rehabilitation model (Community-Based Treatment: CBTx) to prevent and solve drug problems. From the study, it was found that the public policy process of the project still had issues that were obstacles or issues that would prevent the policy from being implemented continuously. The findings are as follows: 1) Finding addicts and the importation for treatment is still inefficient, unable to separate targets to carry out the measures exactly at the point. 2) Management does not have a clear course for treatment, lacks a budget, and lacks staff. Come join in the process. 3) The budget is not consistent with the activities and implementation period. Some local government organizations are unable to support the budget. Because there are no projects in the local development plan. 4) The environment in the community is not conducive. 5. People's cooperation and the integration of government sectors are not clear.
