Abstract

       This research aimed to study guidelines for developing academic administration of schools at Trimit consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakhon Nakhon. The data were collected from purposive sampling with 181 people.  The instrument used for data collection was a scale-type questionnaire with 5 estimation levels, with IOC values ranging from 0.67 – 1.00, and confidence values of 0.99. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.      The results of the study found that: 1. The Study of guidelines for developing academic administration of schools at Trimit consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sakhon Nakhon overall are at a high level. The aspects with the highest are the evaluation and credit transfer process. Next is the internal quality assurance development and academic standards, the educational supervision, teaching and learning arrangements in educational institutions, educational institution curriculum development, and development and promotion of learning resources. The last is the development and use of technological media for education. และ 2. guidelines for developing academic administration of schools are the development and use of technological media for education. Administrators must be facilitators of various equipment, support budgets for organizing training seminars or study tours, and provide new technology to be used in developing the academic work of the school and use them efficiently.
