Abstract

       The purpose of this research article is to study the level and development guidelines for human resource management of school administrators in the Ban Dung Group 2 population, namely 19 schools and 123 informants, randomly selected using the proportional comparison method according to teacher qualifications. The tools used include a questionnaire with a precision between 0.67 and 1.00, a reliability of 0.88, and an interview form. Data were collected using the Google Form program via email. Statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and content analysis. The researcher found that 1) the overall level of personnel management of the administrators of Ban Dung 2 School Group under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was the aspect of creating efficiency in government service, followed by the aspect of personnel planning and tenure. and the side with the lowest average is in terms of maintaining discipline and leaving government service, and 2) guidelines for developing the personnel management of administrators in Ban Dung Group 2 schools, namely, administrators should set objectives and indicators, collect data, analyze data, and report results. and continuous improvement of plans. Executives should analyze and plan workforce capacity by considering various factors. A performance framework should be established. To serve as a guideline for development to be able to work efficiently and effectively. And regulations or announcements should be made clearly regarding guidelines and procedures for reporting the results of disciplinary actions or dismissals from government service.
