Operation of safe educational institutions by administrators of medium-sized schools under the jurisdiction of the Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office area 1

Abstract

      The purpose of this research study was to study levels and guidelines for developing the operation of safe educational institutions by administrators of medium-sized schools. The study population consisted of 56 schools, 260 informants, and a stratified random sampling questionnaire and interview form with the IOC between 0.67 and 1.00. The reliability of the data collection used the program google forms  e-mail analysis was percentage mean standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the study found that: 1) The overall level of safe educational institution operations of administrators of medium-sized schools was at a high level when the aspect with the highest average was measures to prevent, instill, and suppress dangers arising from the use of violence. Human Second is a measure against rights violations. Accidental measures were taken. The aspect with the least average value was the measure that resulted from the impact on physical and mental health. 2) Guidelines for developing safe educational institution operations by administrators: that is, administrators should consider the context of the school and community. Determine the most appropriate measures. The composition of the working group should be determined. Have skills and experience appropriate to the job. There should be activities that encourage students to get to know themselves. and design a variety of activities to give students the opportunity to express themselves in a variety of ways according to their own abilities.
