Abstract

The model of collaboration between the public and private sectors is characterized by a strategic partnership aimed at leveraging the strengths of both entities to achieve common goals. At its core, this model involves joint initiatives, shared resources, and mutual responsibilities in addressing societal challenges, delivering public services, or implementing infrastructure projects. It emphasizes open communication, transparent governance structures, and a clear delineation of roles and responsibilities. The collaboration model acknowledges the complementary strengths of the public and private sectors, recognizing that effective partnerships can result in enhanced efficiency, innovation, and the optimized use of resources. The success of this collaboration model often relies on the establishment of formal agreements, such as public-private partnerships, concession agreements, or joint ventures, providing a framework for cooperation and shared decision-making.
