The purpose of this research article is to study the level and guidelines for developing strategic leadership among school administrators in the Champi Srithat School Network Group. Under the jurisdiction of the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. The population is composed of 96 teachers from nine schools. The tools used include a questionnaire with a precision between 0.67 and 1.00, a reliability of 0.93, and an interview form. Data were collected using Google Forms. Statistics used included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and analyze the content. The researcher found that 1) the level of strategic leadership of educational institution administrators The overall picture is at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was setting organizational direction, followed by supporting an effective organizational culture. The area with the least average value is strategy control and evaluation. 2) Guidelines for developing strategic leadership for educational institution administrators include: administrators should clearly plan and set operational goals. In line with the changes and various situations that occur, administrators must be good leaders in leading teaching staff into teaching and learning in the 21st century. There must be preparation in various areas, such as knowing how to increase teaching skills, using technology to benefit, and developing a variety of teaching methods. And executives should give importance to creating an atmosphere and environment for working together among personnel so that personnel have the opportunity to express their opinions in developing work and help promote the organization to develop even more.
