ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to study the Academic leadership of school administrators according to teachers' opinions Nong Han School Group 2, under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Udon Thani
District 3. The data were collected from purposive sampling with 123 people. The instrument used for data collection was a scale-type questionnaire with 5 estimation levels, with IOC values ranging from 0.67 – 1.00, and confidence values of 0.91. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
- The academic leadership of school administrators according to teachers’ perspectives in Nong Han School Network 2 under Udonthani Primary Educational Series Area Office 3 overall at a high level. The aspects with the highest were evaluation and monitoring of student progress. Next, mission planning, teaching supervision, and promoting the academic atmosphere. The lowest is curriculum management and teaching.
- Guidelines for developing academic leadership in the educational institution Administrators are as follows; mission planning: administrators should plan to prepare mission plans for teachers to know together. Next, curriculum management and teaching: Administrators should prepare the curriculum to suit the context of the educational institution as much as possible. Teaching supervision: Administrators should have supervision of teaching and should have a schedule for supervision and giving advice to teachers.
