Abstract

      The objective of the research article is to study the level and methods for developing transformational leadership among school administrators. medium-sized school Under the Office of Educational Relations Foundation of the Council of Churches in Thailand, The sample group included 12 school administrators, selected specifically according to qualification criteria, and 97 teachers by opening the Krejcie & Morgan (1970) table using stratified random sampling. The tool used is an estimation scale, which has a consistency index ranging from 0.67 to 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.93. Statistics used include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The researcher found that administrators and teachers had opinions on the level of transformational leadership of school administrators. Overall, it is at a good level. When classified into areas from most to least, namely, the aspect of having influence with ideology, Inspirational aspect Consideration of individuality and intellectual stimulation, respectively. 2. Guidelines for developing the transformational leadership of educational institution administrators are as follows: In the aspect of influence with ideology, administrators must have vision and be a good role model. In terms of inspiration, teachers should be inspired by praise. In terms of intellectual stimulation, teachers should be given opportunities to participate in expressing their opinions. One aspect of considering individuality is that work should be assigned to suit one's ability and potential.
