The purpose of this research article is to study the state of personnel administration and guidelines for the development of personnel management in schools in the Nong Han Campus Group. Under the jurisdiction of the Udon Thani Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The sample group included 174 school administrators and teachers using a multi-stage random sampling method. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.908. The consistency index was between 0.67 and 1.00. The data was collected using the Google Forms program. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, and deviation. standard Ben and content analysis. The researcher found that: 1. Results of the study of personnel management conditions Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each area, it was found that the area with the highest average was manpower planning and tenure. And the aspect with the lowest average is maintaining discipline and leaving government service. 2. Guidelines for developing school personnel management, including personnel planning and position determination. There should be an assessment of the staffing needs of educational institutions. Recruitment and appointment Personnel should be recruited for government service in accordance with the criteria and methods of the Teachers' Council of Thailand for enhancing efficiency in government service. A systematic personnel development plan for the educational institution should be prepared. and maintaining discipline and leaving government service Executives should take the lead in conducting themselves according to rules and ethics. Be a good role model.
