The purpose of this research article is to study the leadership level and development guidelines for educational institution administrators in the 21st century in Na Klang Educational Quality Development Network Group 1, under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. This is survey research. The sample group consisted of 44 school administrators and teachers. The instrument used was a 5-level estimation questionnaire. The statistics used included frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. The qualitative tool is a semi-structured interview. Qualitative data analysis The researcher used content analysis. The researcher found that 1) the overall leadership of educational institution administrators in the 21st century, Na Klang Educational Quality Development Network Group 1, under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it is at a high level in every aspect. Ranking the averages in each aspect from highest to lowest are leaders who have knowledge of technology in the 21st century. Leaders who have vision. In terms of people who have influence on co-workers and those who have the art of leading, 2) Guidelines for developing the leadership of educational institution administrators in the 21st century. It is found that the leadership of educational institution administrators in the 21st century should be developed in the first 3 steps as follows: those with the art of leadership Executives must be people who can motivate. Inspire others to have the inner strength to want to work. In terms of people who have influence on co-workers Administrators must create or use ideology in the administration of educational institutions. and leaders with vision Executives must have foresight. See the future coming See the various changing environments both inside and outside the educational institution.
